The questions enterprise and brand teams usually ask before signing.

You do — fully. Goldbit operates as a work-for-hire studio. All source, art, design docs and game ownership are transferred to you on milestone delivery. We can also work under your existing publishing umbrella on Roblox.
Yes, always. We sign your NDA before any creative discussion. For larger engagements we also use a mutual MSA covering IP, security, and dispute resolution.
We are headquartered in London with a core team plus a flex pool of trusted contractors. Most engagements run with 4–8 people: producer, design, engineering, art, and Live Ops. We work BST/UTC but flex to overlap with US East coast.
A focused MVP usually takes 8–16 weeks. A full launch with polish and Live Ops readiness lands at 6–12 months depending on scope. We can also run shorter “discovery sprints” (4 weeks) for brands wanting to de-risk an idea before committing.
Fixed-scope milestones for builds, monthly retainer for ongoing Live Ops, optional rev-share for long-term partnerships. We can usually quote within 5 working days of receiving a brief.
Yes — the Live Ops package includes content calendars, in-game events, community moderation guidelines, KPI dashboards (DAU, retention, conversion, ARPDAU) and bi-weekly reporting calls.
Both. We are comfortable in either model. For brand work we collaborate closely with your legal, social and PR teams and respect existing brand guidelines from day one.
